BROUGHT TO YOU BY NAZ BECAUSE KYRIACOS SAID “CHRIS IS A PIECE OF SH!#”
Kyriacos has once again failed this city. He lost the match and now lost the ability to write. What a shame, he must be brought to justice! Now, you are once again stuck with me and my remedial post with little flare and a lack of ridiculousness – I am once again apologizing for this betrayal of your expectations. We shall now proceed with the little insight I have of this week because I was in class all day Sunday and did not watch any football, unfortunately. Hence, these will all be short and sweet so you can proceed with the rest of your day without any real interference.

Naz v Ali
Please see below for my rant and playoff implications…

Ahsan v Colten
I have finally done it! I predicted the most points this week! Did I expect it to come from an absolutely monster-trucking game from JOSH JACOBS?! No, but nonetheless, his 45-point game propelled Ahsan to an easy win over Colten and an easy $10 this week. Colten put up a valiant effort but was hamstringed by a mundane McCaffrey outing (6.9-points) and his kicker actually hurting him, rather than helping him, with -1-point this week. Ahsan moves into a comfortable first place in the division, tied for best record in the league, and looks to be coasting towards the playoffs. Colten, on the other hand, is on the inside looking out, with a slim 1 game lead in the playoffs and a myriad of possible tiebreakers upcoming.

Humza v Rimmel
For the 4th time this year, Humza put up the least points this week. There’s really nothing else to discuss here, other than he’ll probably put up his highest point total of the year against me in week 14 for absolutely no reason! You’ll understand below – but I digress. Rimmel avoids the slim possibility of ending up in the last place game and keeps a slim hope of making the playoffs alive. Humza v Ali is all but destiny now.

Parth v Yas
In what might be the most crucial match of the season, Parth was able to squeak out a win against Yaseer. Man, oh man, that dang Derrick Henry fumble was the worst possible thing that could’ve happened to the Parupia brothers… It was the most unfortunate situation that leads to dramatic finishes on both ends this week with a number of playoff implications. Parth just made all the right plays this week, while Yas was hindered by his choices – as was I. He chose to play Pollard and scary Terry instead of playing Pacheco or Watson, each of whom would’ve solidified the win for Yas. Regardless, both are in playoff spots and Parth now has a comfortable position in the playoffs while Yas is in the same position as Colten now.

Alex v Sean
Just when I needed you the most, you have let me down Alex… All I can ask for now is for you to let me have this win this coming week. Why Higbee was played over Moreau beats me, but the nail in the coffin was not playing Garrett Wilson, but don’t blame you for that one. Unfortunately, Sean was propelled by the lack of Call of Duty being played by Kyler Murray. His resurgence into the lineup secured the win for Sean. A normal huge game for Chubb, Walker, and JJ did not hurt either. Sean pulled himself into a nice position for the playoffs with a couple of easy games remaining while Alex has to wait another week to secure the division, now losing the head-2-head tiebreaker against Sean in the unlikely scenario he loses both his games and Sean wins both of his.

Chris v Kcos
I think Kcos just about covered this one in the league chat so not much else to say here. It was a close game that came down to the last game and could’ve gone the other way if it weren’t for some dumb catch rules in the NFL – tell me about it. The NFL hates us man. It just ain’t right. 21 points from the defense?! Geez. Just unfortunate.

NAZ’S NOTES (WHICH IS JUST A RANT OF FRUSTRATION THIS WEEK – APOLOGIES)
- For the 3rd time this season, I have fallen to an opponent who scored their highest total of the year against me…
- For Ali, it was only his 2nd win, both of which were 100+ point scoring games, which he only has 2 on the season for… Basically, he scores over 100, he gets a win
- Like why do I have play him when the Broncos decide to cut all RB’s and leave Murray to go off against me the week before I play him?! Why does Chase have to be hurt for me while I’m playing against Higgins?! Why do I have to play against Foreman during one of his good weeks?! Why is the Denver offense so inept that they allowed the Panthers defense to score 12 points?! Why does Kamara have to fumble at the goal-line instead of scoring a TD?! So many unfortunate circumstances.
- Losing by 10 points is even more tragic when you consider that CeeDee should’ve had that TD and Burks was gifted a TD by Henry… just so stupid
- Why is Kamara so bad in this offense?! I should’ve just played Zeke instead of him like I was thinking of doing on Thursday. Now, it will most likely cost me the playoffs…
- Anyone remember last year’s post of me going 7-7 during the week 2 post? Of course not, not like y’all pay attention to me ranting anyways... so I’ll recap for you. I have finished 7-7 SIX times in our 11-year history – the definition of mediocre, unfortunately. Well, this year is no different. Sitting at 6-6, with 2 games remaining, staring at another 7-7 finish to the season. Just so unfortunate. Why can’t I just coast into the playoffs man…

For RIMMEL to make playoffs:
- Go 2-0
- Sean 0-2 (play each other week 14) or Colten 0-2
- Naz & Chris to lose at least 1 game each

For CHRIS to make playoffs:

For NAZIM to make playoffs:
- Go 2-0
- Sean or Colten to lose 1 game
- If 1-1, then need Sean or Colten to go 0-2 to force a tiebreaker and then will be based on points if more teams are 7-7
For SEAN, COLTEN, YASEER, PARTH to make playoffs in all other scenarios… hence why each has a 75+% chance of making the playoffs
